Booking conditions

*All the indicated prices are in US dollars per night. For both short and long term rent electricity is not included in price and has to be paid separately. Cleaning one time per week included in rates only for short term rent. For long term rent cleaning costs 500 pesos ( about US 12) per one cleaning. Personal internet line is included in price ( for short term and in some cases for long term rentals). Free Wi Fi is available near pool area both in Sky Dream and Sol Bonito complexes. Ask about the special price for longer rentals. The above prices are valid for stays 7 nights min. Reservation deposit of 200 US$ min (short term) and 300 US$ (long term) min is required to book an apartment. The value of the deposit for booking the villa may differ. We accept PayPal, WebMoney and wire transfers.

Cancellation policy.

All cancellations made one month (30 days) prior to arrival are fully refundable, except bank fees, payment systems fees and minimum sum of reservation deposit. We do not require full payment in advance, however it is always welcome. Any cancellations made after 30 days to arrival are non refundable.

It is possible to book an apartment without a prepayment, but in this case accommodation is not 100% guaranteed, and you will be offered the apartment is not occupied at the moment. Damage deposit 300 US$ ( 500 US$ for villas) has to be paid at the day of arrival. The deposit is fully refundable at the departure day.
**For high season (December, January, February and Semana Santa (Easter week) special rates may be applied.
